• A 50% down payment of total amount required to book your stay if more than 30 days before check-in date, this amount is refundable with a administrative cost of 10% before 30 days of check in.

• 100% payment required withing 30 days of booking date to book your stay. 

• Travelers who cancel 30 days or more before the day of check-in are charged administrative costs of 10% of the 50% down payment. 

• Travelers who cancel less than 30 days and no shows before or on the day of check-in are charged 100% of the booking amount.

• Cancellation due to weather of natural disaster is 100% refundable or can stay in file to be used within a year (additional cost may apply)
